Harry Potter Spells Book Tag

Expecto Patronum(A childhood book connected to good memories)

Umm… what other book could fit this than Harry Potter?! It was the first phenomenal book I’d ever read, and it will forever be my #1.

Expelliarmus

(A book that took you by surprise)

Alive by Scott Sigler. I was basically just reading because I won it off of NetGalley. But when I finished it, it was definitely worthy of my “favorites” list.

Prior Incantato

(The last book you read)

I recently DNFed The Fellowship of The Ring, but obviously that doesn’t count. The last book I read was Angel on The Square by Gloria Whelan. I gave it 3/5 stars.

Alohamora

(A book that introduced you to a genre you hadn’t considered before)

I really couldn’t think of anything for this genre, given that I’m open to most. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child I guess opened me up to scripts.

Riddikulus

(Name a funny book you’ve read)

I literally can’t think of any, but Percy Jackson. I’m sure I’ve read other humorous books, but that’s the one that sticks out. It’s always filled with so much funny jokes.

Sonorus

(A book you think everybody should know about)

I would totally say Harry Potter or Hunger Games, but I’m pretty sure everybody already about them… and I would totally say The Selection, but that’s more for boys, and mostly everybody knows about Percy Jackson. GAH! This is really hard. I’m just gonna go with my all time favorite standalone, Mrs. Frisby and the rays of NIMH. I can’t even tell you how good of a book this was.

Obliviate

(A book or spoiler you would like to forget about)

I’m still freakin ticked off about the spoiler i read on Goodreads about Allegiant. GAH! It just ruined all of the excitement!

Imperio

(A book you read for school)

Eewww, I hate the book about to be mentioned. The Prince and the Pauper. It’s probably my most hated book ever.

Crucio

(A book that was painful to read)

Julius Caesar was one of the worst I’ve ever read. Just… eww

Avada Kedavra

{A book that could kill (interpret as you will)}

Oh my gosh, when I finished Mockingjay, I cried harder than I’ve cried in a year. It was INTENSE. it killed me so hard. (Except it’s one of my fave books EVER)

thanks so much for reading! Please comment if you agree with any of these, and tell me what your answer would be!
